A Letter to Anne Dailey, "Environmental Protection Agency"

Dear Ms Dailey --

May I call you Anne. Feel free to call me Robin.

We spoke in Wallace on the evening of Tuesday, the 5th of October. I am the chap who mentioned the quote contained in the letter from Senator Risch. The quote was, according to the letter, from an "EPA" document. After a bit of a search, I found the quote on page 1-18 of the Focused Feasibility Study Report, Section 1.4.3, Implementation Planning, final paragraph. The quote speaks about how mining can continue here in Shoshone County, "if this and if that" was the way I put it when talking with you, not having access to the letter while we were speaking. I have also retrieved the quote from Senator Risch's letter, and I have included here the whole paragraph that contains it and the paragraph following, just to place the quote in context.
